Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

The APIP service is provided by Automated Governance Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16076383 and VAT registration number 489 2422 58. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for orders placed through our checkout. Stripe handles payment processing, invoicing, receipts and sales tax or VAT on our behalf.

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any APIP subscription payment within 30 days of the date that payment was taken. This applies to first payments and to renewal payments.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, access to paid plan features ends and the workspace reverts to free-trial limits.

How to request a refund

Email contact@automatedgovernancesystems.com with the email address used at checkout and the invoice or order reference. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to process approved refunds within five business days.

Receipts and invoices are issued automatically by Stripe to the email address used at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing inside the APIP app, or through the billing portal link on your invoice. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one using the process above if you are within the 30-day window.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
